People hoping to adopt a baby need to understand their maternity leave options so that they are prepared for the cost of adopting a baby and potentially being without a paycheck while they are on maternity leave.  It is also important to know if you are eligible for paid or unpaid family medical leave and if it has job protection or not. Expectant parents so that they can get to know you better.  There are different types of adoption profiles that are typically used based on the different methods of adoption.  If you are working with an adoption agency or an adoption consultant to adopt a baby, they typically require you to use a profile book, but I find that if you use a different type of adoption profile with your profile book, you will match your adoption faster.  In this episode, we will discuss which profile type will help you bring home your baby faster.
